Refund, Returns and 30-Night Guarantee Policy

At Naturadose, we want customers to feel confident trying our products. This policy explains our voluntary 30-night risk-free guarantee, returns process and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. 30-Night Risk-Free Guarantee

You may request a refund under our 30-night risk-free guarantee within 30 days of receiving your order.

Opened products are eligible, provided:

·       Less than 50% of the product has been used.

·       At least 50% of the original strips or tapes remain in the pack.

·       The product has not been deliberately damaged, altered or misused.

·       The claim meets the one-time eligibility requirements below.

·       Proof of purchase from Naturadose is provided.

Products purchased at a sale or promotional price are eligible for this guarantee.

For bundles or orders containing multiple products, each product included in the claim must meet the usage and return conditions.

2. One Claim Per Person and Household

The 30-night risk-free guarantee may be claimed only once per person and once per residential household.

A person or household that has previously received a refund under this guarantee cannot claim it again on a future Naturadose purchase, regardless of:

·       The product ordered.

·       The order number.

·       The customer account.

·       The email address used.

·       The name used to place the order.

The guarantee applies to one eligible order only.

Naturadose may request reasonable information needed to confirm order details, identity, address and previous guarantee claims.

These restrictions apply only to our voluntary 30-night guarantee. They do not restrict rights relating to faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products under Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact Naturadose through our website Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

·       Your full name.

·       Your order number.

·       The product being returned.

·       A brief explanation of your experience.

·       Photographs of the remaining product, packaging or issue if requested.

Returns must not be sent without first contacting us. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Submitting a request does not automatically approve the refund. Eligibility will be confirmed after the information and returned product have been assessed.

4. Return Postage

For returns made under the voluntary 30-night guarantee, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, Naturadose will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where legally required.

Naturadose is not responsible for guarantee returns lost or damaged during return delivery. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

5. Refunds

Once the return has been received and assessed, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds under the voluntary 30-night guarantee cover the eligible product purchase price. Original shipping charges, express delivery charges and return postage are not refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Products Not Eligible Under the Voluntary Guarantee

A return may be declined under the 30-night guarantee where:

·       The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

·       50% or more of the product has been used.

·       Less than 50% of the original strips or tapes remain.

·       The person or household has previously claimed the guarantee.

·       The product has been deliberately damaged, altered or misused.

·       The product was not purchased directly from Naturadose.

·       Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

·       The return does not include the product being claimed.

These exclusions do not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrect.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, the available remedy may include a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution.

The 30-day period, product-usage restriction and one-claim-per-household restriction do not replace or limit Australian Consumer Law rights relating to product failures.

Sale and promotional products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

8. Change-of-Mind Returns

Outside the 30-night risk-free guarantee, Naturadose does not normally accept returns solely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product or no longer wants the product.

This does not affect rights relating to faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

9. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

Customers must read and follow all instructions, warnings and suitability information provided with the product.

Customers should stop using a product if they experience irritation, discomfort or an unexpected reaction and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Naturadose products must not be altered or used for a purpose inconsistent with their instructions. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their personal circumstances.

Naturadose products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naturadose is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from:

·       Product misuse.

·       Failure to follow supplied instructions or warnings.

·       Unauthorised alteration of a product.

·       Use of a product for an unintended purpose.

·       Circumstances outside Naturadose’s reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where Naturadose’s liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The Naturadose 30-night risk-free guarantee is an additional voluntary benefit. It does not replace or reduce your legal rights.
